阐述海图管理体系应达到的目标,建立该体系的必要性,以及如何建立该体系,并总结出一套简单的管理体系模式,为船舶有效地管理海图提供思路和方法。
This paper expafiated on the objective of chart management sytem the necessity of establishing the system and how to establish it. A simple mode of Chart management system was presented.It provides an idea and method to manage these charts on board effectively.
