我国社区护理的现状及其对策

Analysis on status quo of community nursing in China and probe into its strategies

我国社区护理存在需求增加、社区卫生服务体系滞后、公众对社区护理的认识不足、社区护理人才缺乏等。提出社区护理应健全和完善社区卫生服务体系,扩大宣传,增进居民对社区护理的了解,加强社区护理人才的培养及社区护理管理,提高我国的社区护理水平。

Some problems have existed in community nursing care in China including increasing of demands, lagging of community health service system, inadequate cognition of public on community nursing and lack of talent people in community nursing. It put forward that community nursing should perfect the community health service system and expand propaganda, enhance the under- standing of inhabitants on community nursing, strengthen both the training of talent people of engaging in communhy nursing and the management of commu- nity nursing so as to enhance the community nursing level in China.
