摘要三、关于土著澳大利亚人的公民权利与义务问题从英国人当年到达澳洲海滨之目起到现在，人们根据法律来决定国籍和公民身份。在1949年之前，土著居民和托利海峡岛民都是英国的臣民，1949年以后，他们成为英国的臣民和澳大利亚公民，1987年以后，根据法律他们就是单纯的澳大利亚公民。
