摘要
高校教育资本的配置符合基数效用论规律。我国高校教育资本有限,配置呈非线性,在各办学条件的优化配置中,只能是达到效用相对最大化,无法实现各办学条件下的总效用最大且达到99年教育部颁布的《普通高等学校办学条件标准(修订方案)》A级标准。
The allocation of college education capital accords with theory of cardinal utility. Chinese colleges education capital is limited, and its allocation can only reach relative maximization of efficacy but has no way to realize the maximum general efficacy and to reach the A level standard issued by the Ministry of Education.
