摘要
该文从流动和传热特性着手,对锅炉低负荷下超温爆管原团进行分析,提出长期低负荷运行会导致爆管,因为与高负荷相比,低负荷时热负荷q虽然下降,但蒸汽侧a2大大下降,使q/a2的比值升高,导致管壁温度过高,发生爆管.
Starting from explaining fluid flow and heat transfer behaviors,the paper analyses the reason why boiler tubes get overheated and burst at low loads- The reason lies in the fact that,compared with high load conditions,though the heat load q is less at low load,but a2 on the steam side drops even more drastically,so that the ratio q/a2 increases,causing tube walltemperature to rise and finalize in a tube burst.
