Conceivment on the Construction and Development of Military Logistic Equipment and Facilities

军事物流作为物流科学的一个重要分支,是以军事物资为对象,研究军事物资流动规律的科学,它具有鲜明的军事特征,其物流目标具有军事性,物资品类具有特殊性,物流活动具有保密性,物流量具有不均衡性和不连续性,与地方物流存在兼容性。当前我国军事物流装备、设施落后,与现代战争对后勤和装备物资供应保障的要求还有很大差距,制约了军事物流速度和综合保障能力的提高。为促进军事物流装备、设施建设与发展,应开展物资集装化研究,逐步建立军事物资集装化运输系统;加强研制适应军事物流作业特点的物流装备,提高装备与物流设施的配套适应能力;积极稳妥地推进军事物流自动化建设,逐步提高自动化作业和管理自动化水平;加大军事物流装备资源整合力度,逐步实现成套化和系统化;加强物流装备的使用和维修管理,充分发挥装备效能。

As a main branch of Logistics, Military Logistics is a kind of science that takes military materials as the object and has significant military characteristics. At present, China＇s military equipment and facilities are lagged behind, which in turn constrains the improvement of quick and comprehensive support capability. To promote the construction and development of military equipment, we should, first, do better job in researching and gradually establish containerized transportation system for military materials; second, strengthen research on logistic equipment that suitable to the characteristics of military logistic operation; third, promote the construction of military logistics automationization; forth, strengthen the integration of military equipment resources; and fifth, strengthen management of logistic equipment usage and maintenance.
