激励理论的逻辑分析 被引量:9

摘要 目前对激励理论的研究主要分布在心理学、经济学和社会学三个领域,而每个领域对激励理论的研究都有其独特的逻辑,本文将其概括为心理诱导逻辑、利益关联逻辑和结构约束逻辑,这三种逻辑互相补充,可以作为管理学建构面向实践的激励模型的基本资源。
