摘要
文章介绍了郑西铁路客运专线无碴轨道后张法预应力简支箱梁高性能混凝土冬季施工的技术。在西北地区冬季气温较低、风速较大的施工条件下,通过严格控制混凝土入模温度、减小混凝土内外温差、控制混凝土和易性、凝结时间等技术措施,预防梁体混凝土裂纹,确保混凝土施工质量。对所采取的一系列技术措施及其取得的效果进行了总结。
Technique of post - tensioning method construction of lift - slab with high - powered con- crete in winter for Zhengzhou- Xi'an passenger train route was introduced, of which the rail was on the foundation without ballast aggregate. The construction was conducted in cold winter with low temperature and high wind speed, in northwest China. The technical measures were adopted, such as controlling concrete pouring temperature, minimizing the temperature difference in and out mould board, controlling the placeability of concrete and concreting time, to ensure the quality of concrete and to prevent cracks in the beams. The adopted technical measures were summarized, and the effects were analyzed.
