咽侧索注射治疗慢性咽炎112例

112 Cases of Curing Chronic Pharyngitis by Lateral Pharyngeal Band Injection

目的:探讨慢性咽炎的局部治疗方法。方法:对112例慢性咽炎患者,施以咽侧索注射治疗,采用局部注射2%利多卡因1ml,曲安缩松0.4ml,5～7天注射一次,连用3次为1个疗程,1个疗程结束半年后观察疗效。结果:112例慢性咽炎患者中,有效108例,有效率为96.43%。无效4例,且皆为慢性萎缩性咽炎。结论:咽侧索注射疗法是治疗慢性咽炎的有效方法之一,但对慢性萎缩性咽炎无效。

Objective： Probe into the crue method of chronec pharyngitis. Methods：Try to cure the 112 patients in the way of lateral pharyngeal band injection, take the injection of 1 ml of 2% lidocaine, and 0. 4 ml of Qulososong. And take the injection every 5 to 7 days, after 3 times injection, one course of treatment is finished. Then after one course of treatment, check the curative effect half a year later. Results： This method is effective for 108 cases, ineffective for only 4 cases, and all of the ineffective cases are chronic atrophic pharyngitis. The rate of effectiveness is 96. 43%. Conclusion： Lateral pharyngeal band injection is one of the effective methods for curing chronec atrophic pharyngitis.
