公用事业产品价格上涨对城镇低收入家庭的影响

摘要
公用事业具有基础性、公益性和自然垄断性等特点，是为生产、生活提供基础设施及共同条件的产业。公用事业所提供的产品，大都是人类生活的必需品。例如水、电、煤气、冬季取暖、公共交通、邮电服务等等，与人民生活密切相关。公用事业产品及服务的质量好坏和价格高低，直接影响着城镇居民的生活质量和日常支出水平。
