先进性是马克思主义政党的根本特征,也是马克思主义政党的生命所系,力量所在。在新的历史条件下,中国共产党继续保持自己的先进性,既面临着十分严峻的挑战和考验,也面临着难得的发展机遇。执政的中国共产党只有抓住机遇,勇于挑战,才能立于不败之地。

Advanced nature is not only the fundamental characteristic of a Marxist party, but also the essential of the Party＇s life and the source of its strength. In order to maintain the advanced nature in the new historical conditions, the CCP has to face a series severe challenges and tests besides the slim opportunities. Only by seizing the opportunities agilely and facing the challenges bravely, can the CCP keep up in the indefectible position.
