摘要
由于存在着研究方法上的局限,迄今为止英汉语篇的对比研究尚未取得一致的结果。本研究在汲取前人研究成果的基础上,对研究方法进行了诸多改进。通过对大样本、对等语篇的认知比较分析,本文解释了英汉语篇对比研究结果不统一的原因,说明了篇章信息结构形成的内在认知机制。
Due to the limitations of research methodology, the results of contrastive studies on English and Chinese texts have been found inconsistent. Based on the previous research, this study attempts to improve the research methodology from cognitive perspective by employing a larger-sized sample as well as comparable inter-language texts. This paper thus explains the possible causes behind the inconsistency and describes the cognitive mechanisms of information structures.
