主泵振动的故障诊断及振动探头支架的有限元分析

摘要 用频谱分析的方法分析了秦山三期核电厂主泵的振动信号,诊断出主泵轴位移振动高的可能原因是主泵的轴位移传感器支架存在共振。锤击试验法测量了当前使用的支架固有频率,并用有限元模态分析的方法进行了验证计算。更改了当前使用的支架,对更改后的支架进行了有限元分析和锤击试验,确认更改后的支架可以避免共振。 By analyzing the main pump's vibration signal using the spectrum analysis method, the conclusion was made that the probable reason of excessive vibration is the resonance of the bracket. The current bracket's natural frequency was measured by using hammer test and was testified by FEA model. The current bracket was replaced by a modified one. The natural frequency of the new one was also measured by hammer test and calculated by FEA model to make sure the resonance can be avoid.
