摘要
通过对立式加工中心进给传动系统的受力变形及热变形的实测,分析比较了典型系统的定位误差,用直线光栅尺配合旋转编码器可提高进给定位的精度.
The measurement of the stressed and thermal deformations of the vertical machining feed-driving system renders an analysis of the position errors of classical system. Result shows that with rotary coder concerted, linear grating ruler can raise the precision of the feeding position.
