本文以当前的地下结构工程、防灾减灾工程和管理科学研究进展为前提,首先对软土地下建筑物地震风险下定义,然后提出软土地下建筑物地震风险度量的表达式,在此基础上搭建软土地下建筑物地震风险管理的理论框架,并对该理论框架的基本内容分别展开分析,取得了初步的成果,

Earthquake risk of subground structure in soft soil is defined and expression to evaluate the seismic risk is put forward in this paper. Based on study of subground structure engineering, disaster prevention and mitigation engineering and management sciences, systematic theoretic skeleton of seismic hazard risk management has been established.
