摘要
本文根据我们近几年来对ＣＩＭＳ实施的理论和实践的研究，围绕“ＣＩＭＳ的实施目标、ＣＩＭＳ实施的几个阶段和ＣＩＭＳ的实施过程中企业结构的变化模式”等方面进行了讨论，并结合我国目前实施ＣＩＭＳ企业的现状，探讨了它们普遍存在的问题，以及克服这些问题的对策。
This paper has discussed“the target and phases of CIMS implementation, and the variation mode of enterprise's structure in the process of CIMS implementation.” ccording to our study on the theory and practice of CIMS implementation in recent years. It has also discussed“the common problems and countermeasures to solve the problems of CIMS implementation in Chinese enterprises”in considering the present situation of Chinese enterprises which are engaged in CIMS implementation.
