摘要
采用常压下氮气保护的方法制备了Al2O3-TiC-TiN基金属陶瓷,测量了其物理性能和显微结构,研究发现在一定范围内,当TiC含量增加时,材料的硬度升高;当TiN含量增加时,材料的断裂韧性升高。分析认为这是TiC的硬度高、TiN的韧性好引起的。根据材料的显微结构,分析烧结中的结构变化,确定最佳烧结温度为1700℃左右。
The Al2O3-TiC-TiN cenlaits based on Ni-Co metals were prepared by using pressureless sintering in nitrogen atmosphere. The physical performances and the microstructures were surveyed. It was shown that the properties vary with the different concert of TiC and TiN Nickers hardness was increased with the increased content of TiC, and the fracture toughness was raised also with the increased content of TiN .The main reason is that TiC is excellent on Vickers hardness but TiN is on fracture toughness .The microstructure were detected by the means of SEM, the development of the structure after sintered was analyzed. It was found that the best sintering temperature is about 1 700℃ .
