摘要 本研究通过对测定西南地区不同茶园土壤的三种农药残留量,对茶园环境质量现状进行了较系统的调查,并评价了茶园土壤的污染状况。研究中以丙酮为提取剂,样品经提取和浓缩后,毛细管柱气相色谱分离、电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测农药残留,采用外标法定量。结果表明不同地区茶园土壤的农药残留量存在差异。分析和评价茶园土壤的农药残留现状,有利于更好地采取行之有效的措施控制农药污染,促进茶叶的出口贸易。 In this paper, three kinds of pesticide residues in tea garden soil in southwest zone were detected, the environmental quality of the tea garden was systematically investigated, and thus pesticide pollution in the tea garden was assessed. In this study, the soil samples were extracted with acetone and concentrated, and then separated in capillary column gas chromatography and detected with electron capture detector (ECD), and quantified using external standards. It was found that the residue amounts of pesticides in dif- ferent soil samples were different. It is beneficial to take effective countermeasures to control pesticide pollution and promote tea export through analyzing and evaluating the residue status of pesticide in tea garden soil.
