摘要
采用了高效液相色谱法、ELISA法和考马斯亮蓝G250染色法测定枇杷果实发育过程中的内源多胺、激素和蛋白质含量变化。用以研究了枇杷的内源多胺、激素和可溶性蛋白质含量与果实发育不同阶段之间的关系,结果表明:胚珠发育过程中,Spd含量最高,Spm次之,Put最低。果肉中的3种多胺含量是Spd最高,Put次之、Spm最低。胚珠和果肉的快速生长阶段多胺含量快速上升;果实发育早期的(Spd+Spm)/(Put)和(Spm)/(Pas)比值变化在花后26d到34d达高峰期,而这也正是果实膨大较快的时期。枇杷幼果Spd含量较高时也是GA1+3含量较高时期,GA3/ABA比值较高时也是果实快速生长期,说明内源激素与多胺之间有密切的关联作用。
Endogenous polyamine, phytohormone and protein contents in loquat fruit growth process were determined by HPLC, ELISA and commassie blue G250 methods respectively. And the relationship be- tween the contents of endogenous polyamine, phytohormone and protein and the different growth process in loquat fruit were studied. The results showed that Spd content was highest, followed by Spm, and the Put was lowest in developing process of ovule. However The contents of 3 polyamines in flesh of loquat from high to low were Spd,Put and Spm. The contents of polyamines increased very quickly with fast developing stage of ovule and flesh. Changes of (Spd+Spm)/(Put) and (Spm)/(Pas) ratio in early developing stage of fruit reached a peak from 26 to 34 day after anthesis, while the fruit grew faster in the very stage. In this research, the higher content of GA1+3 was consistent with that of Spd in young fruit of Loquat. Higher ratio of GA3/ABA appeared in fast developing stage of the fruit, which showed the closely relative relationship between endogenous polyamines and hormones.
