试析东盟初期反华的背景及其原因

On the reasons of the early stage of ASEAN's Anti-China Policy

东南亚国家是中国的近邻,东盟又是亚洲地区卓有成效的地区性合作组织。处理好与东盟的关系,对维护中国周边地区的安全,促进经济发展具有重要的战略意义。但是在东盟成立的初期,它实行的却是反华的政策,对双方关系的正常发展产生了极大的负面影响。本文试从东盟国内的华人问题,以及中国和美国的影响探讨东盟制定仇华政策的原因。

Southeast Asia is China＇s near neighbor, and ASEAN is a highly effective regional cooperative organization, To China, dealing well with ASEA.N has vital strategic significance in maintaining security and promoting economy. Nevertheless, at the beginning of ASEAN＇ s establishing, it practiced anti - China policy, making an utmost negative influence on the normal development between ASRAN and China. This essay tries to analyze the reasons of the policy＇ s founulating in three aspects： Chinese in Southeast Asia; China and the United States.
