Effective Management on Administrative Staff in New Colleges

新建本科院校中管理干部队伍担负着越来越重要的使命,但仍存在不少问题,制约着学校的办学水平和效益。应在提高待遇、重视选拔、加大培养、强化制度建设上下功夫,建立科学合理的激励机制、灵活公平的用人机制、讲求实效的教育机制、良性循环的运行机制,进一步发挥管理干部队伍在学校事业发展中的作用。

The administrative staff plays an important role in new college, however, there are some problems that restrict college development. The situation will be improved by increasing their income, more attention to their potential, more trainings and reasonable regulations. Moreover, reasonalbe encouragement, flexible employment, practical education programs and effective management are needed in new college so as to inspire it their professional potential.
