本文介绍了ＣＡＤ技术的发展概况；重点分析了当前ＣＡＤ技术的发展动向，包括ＣＡＤ的４种建模方法、ＣＡＤ的３代软件、ＣＡＤ技术的两个应用层次；根据我国ＣＡＤ应用工程发展纲要。

This paper outlines the development of CAD technology, focusing on the presentday development trends of CAD technology, including four kinds of CAD modelling methods, three generations of CAD software and two levels of CAD technology application. Based on The NationalDevelopment Programme of CAD Application Engineering, the author presents some proposals on how to prompt the development of CAD application engineering.
