“毒损脑络”与出血性中风的现代生物学基础 被引量:13

摘要 从毒损脑络理论假说出发认识出血性中风(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)成为学界的一种新思路。微血管破坏受损是ICH的核心病变和基本动因,也是探求ICH后"病络"的生物学基础的一个切入点。络脉是以解剖为基础的结构功能统一体,与微循环、神经内分泌系统等存在密切联系。在ICH中,毒损脑络、络脉瘀阻、饮停络阻是ICH发病的关键病机,在现代生物学中它们与微循环调控、血管调节功能、血脑屏障等病理生理过程紧密相关。这种探讨将我们对ICH"病络"的认识带入了微观的层次,与现代科学的结合有了一个很好的切入点,具有十分重要的现实意义。 collaterals To understand intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) based on the hypothesis of "damaged brain by toxin" is a new thinking train in medical circles. The lesion of microvessels has been the core changes and basic motivation in the pathological course of ICH, which will be a cut-in point of researching the biological base of "disease collaterals" after ICH onset. The collaterals are an integration of structure and function on the base of anatomy and related closely to the microcirculation and nervousendocrine system. The important pathogenesis of ICH involves damaged brain collaterals by toxin, blood stasis of collaterals and the stagnation of collaterals due to the retained fluid, while in modem biology they are related closely to the pathophysiological processes, such as the regulation of microcirculation, adjusting function of blood vessels and blood brain barrier. The research will bring us to a microcosmic level to understand the disease collaterals of ICH, which is a good cut-in point in the combination of TCM with modem sciences with a great significant.
