摘要
铸造车间运作的所有流程(过程)都是可以量化的。笔者简单介绍了铸造过程量化的方法、定义和评价体系。运用MINITAB软件判断过程是否受控和计算过程能力,对管理者来说,简单实用。
All processes operated in the foundry workshop can be quantified. The paper described the method, definition and assessment system of the foundry process quantification. By adopting the software MINITAB, it is easy and practical for the process manager/owner to judge whether their process is under control and calculate the process performance.
