摘要
采用迈克尔.波特行业环境分析的五力竞争模型对我国铸造行业的潜在进入者、供货商的议价能力、买方的议价能力、替代产品、竞争对手这五个竞争力量以及它们产生的深层次原因进行了详细的分析和评价。通过分析得出:我国铸造行业机会与威胁并存;企业要充分利用和抓住行业特点及企业本身的优势来开拓自己的产品市场;同时,企业必须采取相应的应对战略,化害为利、化威胁为机会。
By using the model of five competitive forces for analyzing the industry environment, the five competitive forces of China foundry industry including potential entrants, bargaining capability of the supplier, bargaining capability of the purchaser, substitutive castings and the rivals, as well as the deep reasons causing these five forces was analyzed and assessed in detail. As a result, followings were concluded: both the opportunity and menace are coexisting for China foundry industry; foundry enterprises should fully utilize the characteristics of the foundry industry and advantages of themselves to exploit own market; and at the same time, they must adopt corresponding countermeasures to change the disadvantageous conditions into the advantageous conditions, and to change the menace into the opportunity.
