Safety Operation Main Points of Foundry Production

笔者根据多年从事安全文明生产的实践经验,编制了铸造生产中机器造型、上涂料、工频感应电炉熔炼、浇注、吊钩抛丸、吊链抛丸、铸件打磨、砂轮机、上底漆和浸防锈油、保全等工序的安全作业要点,用以提高安全生产意识、规范生产操作。

In order to increase the safety production consciousness of operators, as well as to normalize process operations and based on the experience with the practice of safety and civilized production, the author drawn out safety operation main points for every working procedures of the foundry production including： machine moulding, coating, main frequency induction furnace melting, pouring, shot blasting on hooks, shot blasting on chain conveyer, castings grinding, priming and anticorrosive oil dipping, maintaining, and so on.
