A discussion was made on the necessity to control the casting quality, as well as to improve and perfect the quality guarantee system. It was pointed out that to perfect the production procedure quality control and to put the quality guarantee system into effect is the only way to improve, to stabilize as well as to ensure the casting quality. The casting quality controlling method and the quality guarantee system adopted by the author＇s company was introduced.
