摘要 使用光栅看谱镜和棱镜看谱镜研究了铁基合金中V元素看谱分析用可见光谱,计算机模拟了V和Fe元素的可见光谱图。研究了铁基合金中V元素的V 437.92 nm、V 487.55 nm和V 603.97 nm等分析谱线组的特征,给出了分析用谱图和半定量分析用强度标志。研究了铁基合金中V元素的看谱分析方法,进行了牌号鉴别应用研究。结果可用于铁基合金中V元素的定性分析、半定量分析,满足生产现场材料牌号鉴别的需要。 The characteristics of visible spectrum used for analyzing vanadium element in Fe-base alloys were studied with the help of the grating spectroscope and the prism spectroscope, and the visible spectrums chart of vanadium and iron elements were simulated with the computer. The characteristics of V 437.92 nm,V487.55 nm and V 603.97 nm spectrum line groups for analyzing V element in Fe-base alloys was investigated. The spectrums chart for analysis and the intensity marks for semi-quantitative analysis were obtained. A special visible spectroscope analysis method used for analyzing vanadium in Fe-base alloys was developed. And an investigation on the practical application of steel grades distinguishing method was conducted. The results can be used for the qualitative analysis and semi-quantitative analysis of vanadium element in Febase alloys, and also can be used for the steel grades distinguishing on the working spot.
