吉尔吉斯斯坦独立后实施了向市场经济体制的转轨,十余年来,其外贸体制改革取得了令人瞩目的成效。吉尔吉斯斯坦对外贸易在对拉动国内经济的复苏与增长方面起到重要的推动作用,但其中也存在一些突出问题而亟需引起吉政府的进一步关注。

Kyrgyzstan has implemented the market economic system since its independence. It has achieved remarkable results in the foreign trade system reform for the past fourteen years, and its foreign trade leads an important and positive role in the domestie economic recovery and growth, but there still exist some prominent problems which should be urgent concerns of Kyrgyzstan Government.
