摘要
香料厨房设备中采用压差传感器和电磁流量计(质量流量计)进行计量时,存在着系统综合精度较低的问题,为此,在香料厨房设备中应用了静态电子秤。在香料厨房料液配制过程中,采用称入法和称出法相结合的计量方法,以满足料液配制品种多、用量差别大的要求。配料工艺流程经过优化后,集中配料的罐体数量减少20%~30%,提高了料液配制的灵活性,系统综合配制精度达到0.5%。
Problems of lower system synthetic precision are found in the flavor kitchen system which is caused by the measurement equipment, i.e. the differential pressure transmitter and magnetic flow meter (mass flow meter).Therefore, the static electronic scale are adopted in the flavor kitchen system. When confecting the casing additive, we adopt the combining measuring methods of weigh plus and weigh minus to meet the requirement of different varieties and dosage of casing confecting. By optimizing the process of the casing additive confecting, about 20 to 30 percent of confecting tank amount is reduced, the flexibility of casing additive confecting is improved, and the system synthetic confecting precision reaches to 0.5 percent.
