摘要
创新性解决问题理论(TRIZ)作为最具代表性的创新设计理论之一,因其具有多种解决工具而得到广泛运用,同时也因无法确定选择何种解决工具为最优而受到批评。本文创造性的将DEA方法引入TRIZ应用体系,首先依据TRIZ理论分析顾客需求,选择TRIZ问题解决工具,获得不同的创新方案,然后考虑各种投入要素,利用DEA方法选取最佳方案。该方法有效弥补了TRIZ理论的不足,实证分析充分证实了其合理性和实用性。
As one of the most typical inventive design theory, theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ) has been adopted extensively with the advantage of the accompanying various implements, but also been criticized for inability on how to choose the best implement. The current paper loads DEA into TRIZ in a creative way, that is, analyze the customer demands, choose the TRIZ implements, conclude solving projects, consider some input measures, and then select the best project via DEA approach. The rationalization and usability of this method ,especially as an effective complement for TRIZ, have been proved by an application.
