民族地区农村反贫困效益应由生态效益指标、经济效益指标、社会效益指标组成。在遵循综合性、可行性和易操作性的原则下,在借鉴现行民族地区农村反贫困效益指标的基础上,增加生态、生活福利等指标,才能成为较完整的村域反贫困效果评价体系。

From the national circumstance, the nationalities regions anti-poverty benefit should consist of economic benefit index, ecology benefit index, and social benefit index. Under the principle of synthesis, feasibility and easy operative, consulting nationalities regions country anti-poverty benefit index, we should increase some indexes such as ecology, livelihood benefits in order to become a complete rural anti-poverty benefit index system.
