摘要
随着我国高等教育从精英阶段过渡到大众化教育阶段,大学生就业也进入了一个"大众化就业"时代,这给中国的就业问题带来了前所未有的挑战。为此,政府需要加强对经济、社会保障制度、就业市场等方面的建设;为大学生提供公平、公开、公正的就业环境,以逐步缓解大学生的就业压力。
With Chinese high - grade education transformed from elite stage to mars stage, university student employment has entered a ＂Popular＂ era, which brought unprecedented challenges to China. Goverment should improve the build in economy, social security system, employment market and so on, as well as providing fair and open environment for employment, so to solve the problem step by step.
