摘要
随着竞争的加剧,近几年很多高校都进行了人事制度方面的改革,但是由于改革的思路不清,重心放在了一些技术的操作层面上,所以改革的总体效果并不理想,而且负面效果极其明显。因此有必要从价值层面理清高校激励机制改革的思路,以指导改革的进一步进行。
In recent years, many universities made fundamental innovations in compensation system. However, these innovations didn't reach to its expected objectives due to can't rightly understand the notion of compensation of university. It is very necessary to clear this notion in order to instruct innovation.
