摘要
精密熔铸挡铅是提高适形放射治疗质量的重要保证,精确控制熔铅炉炉温则是精密熔铸挡铅的必要保证。本文介绍使用单片机(嵌入式芯片),通过改变熔炉加热器的通电占空比,改变了加热器"全或无"式的工作方式,使炉温得到精确控制。
Precise melting lead shield assures the quality of 3D conformal radiotherapy. To control the temperature of lead smelter accurately can help to melt lead shield critically. Describes in detail single- chip microprocessor (inbuilt CMOS chip), which can control the temperature of smelter accurately. Thanks to adjusting the duty cycle of smelter heater, traditional mode "all or none" is broken.
