本文针对目前医院医学工程人员队伍的现状,分析了医院医学工程技术人员培养存在的问题和原因,提出了建立激励机制、引进人才、学历教育、业务培训和内部业务学习为主要内容的人才培养体系。

Analyzes the problems existing in the training of medical engineering technicians and reasons based on the current situation and puts forward that hospitals should establish a training system with motivation, talent introduction, diploma education, professional training and internal professional learning.
