拜新同与洛汀新联用对高血压的降压疗效及左室肥厚逆转的彩色多普勒超声观察

Effect of Nifedipine and Lotensin Used Jointly on Decompression and Reversing Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Observed by Color Doppler Echocardiography

本文用彩色多普勒超声观察拜新同与洛汀新联用治疗原发性高血压伴左室肥厚的疗效,并且与络活喜和代文对照组进行对比,治疗24周观察血压降低和左室肥厚逆转情况。实验结果表明:拜新同与洛汀新联用治疗对原发性高血压的降压及左室肥厚逆转具有良好的疗效。

Studies the effects of nifedipine and lotensin used jointly on the decompression and reversing left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） for the patients with essential hypertension（EH）, and compares with the treatment of Norvase and Dioven, The test result shows that the effect of the treated group with nifedipine and lotensin is more significant than that of the controlled group with Norvase and Dioven before and after treatment.
