不同提取方法对瑞香科假狼毒属植物挥发性成分分析 被引量:3

ANALYSIS OF THE VOLATILE CONSTITUENTS OF THYMELAEACEAE STELLEROPSIS POBED. EXTRACTED BY DIFFERENT METHODS

摘要 瑞香科假狼毒属(Stelleropsis Pobed.)植物天山假狼毒(Stelleropsis tianschanica)和阿尔泰假狼毒(Stelleropsis altaica)根的挥发性成分进行GC-MS联用技术分析;比较了索氏提取器及水蒸汽蒸馏法提取天山假狼毒挥发性成分的组成及相对含量.结果表明:同属植物挥发性成分的组成具有一定的相似性;同一种植物挥发性成分的组成及相对含量因提取方法不同而具有明显的差异. Stelleropsis tianschanica and Stelleropsis altaica both belong to Stelleropsis Pobed. of which the essential oils are analyzed by GC-MS to determine its composition. The volatile constituents and the relative content of Stelleropsis tianschanica obtained by soxhlex extraction and steam distillation are also compared. The results show that the essential components of the same genus have certain likeness, and the essential components and relative content of the same plant are obviously different according to different extract methods.
