高原红细胞增多症骨髓缺氧诱导因子的表达分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨高原红细胞增多症患者骨髓活检组织中缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1α因子)的表达情况。方法:采集果洛州玛多县(海拔4 300m)高原红细胞增多症患者骨髓活检标本20例。对照组为我院住院非血液系统疾病患者10例(海拔2 260m)。应用免疫组织化学技术标记HIF-1α因子,观察骨髓组织中HIF-1α因子的表达情况。结果:高原红细胞增多症患者骨髓组织中HIF-1α因子(80%)明显高于对照组(10%)(P<0.001)。结论:高原红细胞增多症患者骨髓组织HIF-1α因子的表达明显增高,同时亦相应刺激骨髓组织中血管的显著形成。 To study the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF-la) of bone marrow in patients with high altitude polycythemia. Methods: 20 patients suffering from HAPC in Maduo County, Guoluo prefecture (4 300m) and 10 non-blood diseases patients in our hospital were included in this study and served as the HAPC and the control group separately. Bone marrow HIF-la was examined by immunohistochemical labeling technique. Results: The expression of HIF-1α(800%) in bone marrow tissue in HAPC was obviously higher than the control group (10%) (P〈0. 001). Conclusions. The HIF-lα in HAPC in study group raised up noticeably, and it could enhance formation of vessel in bone effectively.
