As one of the pillar industries in national economy, the contribution to GDP from real estate sector is obvious to all. The booming development of real estate market and prosperous market demand lead to a large quantity of property development projects in the market. Being a significant part of the whole real estate sector, residential property is more concerned with people＇ s health and quality of living, Thus, it is worth considering how to optimise a development project in a buyer＇s market and the standard that a good project should fit with. This paper proposes some crucial factors to residential property development project and possible approaches to realize them according to project l/re cycle theory.
