大倾角24°条件下综采俯斜开采技术

摘要 针对大同矿务局云冈矿井田北部断层等地质构造发育的特点,从开采方法和采煤工艺上进行了探讨和论证。提出了调斜工作面变俯斜为伪俯斜的开采方法;并就下坡过断层时采取加高采煤机滚轮架子和提前刹底支架前梁上衬道木和钢梁,加强前梁接顶防止漏顶等革新改造方法逐一分析和论证。 All coal faces at the northen of Datong Mining Bureau Yungang Mine because of their development process of geologic structure have to down steep seams and pass through faults.This paper discusses and proves the mining system and technology to solve the problem,especially for the vertical dip angle up to 24°.And also it puts forward to use false vertical dip mining system.Aimed at the problem of downing steep seams and passing through faults,a series of reformed ways concerned are analyzed and proved individually in this paper.
