摘要 对国内外层-层自组装技术的发展和应用进行了综述,总结了静电力、氢键等自组装方法的特点;较为详细地介绍了自组装多层超薄膜和中空微胶囊的制备方法和表征手段,并阐述了它们在电子、光学器件、分离、催化、模拟细胞行为和药物缓释、生物反应器和生物传感器等方面的应用;最后就这一新兴技术的发展前景作了展望。 The development and applications of Layer-by-Layer self - assembly technology were reviewed, which included the eharaeteristies of the methods based on electrostatic force and hydrogen bond, etc. The preparation and characterization of the multilayer ultrathin films and the hollow capsules were summarized in detail. The applications of this technology were discussed briefly in several aspects : optics apparatus, electronics apparatus, separation, catalysis, bioreaetor, biosensor, simulation of cell behavior, drug release and so on. Finally, further development and outlook of this new technology was also addressed.
