本文介绍了地籍测绘日常工作中宗地分割的方法。该法适合于用解析坐标定义界址点的宗地分割;根据给定条件,把已知(实测)的宗地分割出一块精确等于用地单位所要求的面积。方法简单直观,能有效地解决土地管理部门土地划拨中的实际问题。

This paper introduces the method suited to the separation of land parcel by means of analytic coordinate definition boundary point in the routine cadastral surveying and mapping. Based on given condition, the surveyed land parcel is cut apart into what one department wants. The simple and convenient method is capable of solving the problems of land appropriation by land administration.
