The paper introduces the way of measuring time with the photoelectric -number-show device and applying it to the experiment of entrance throttle adjust-speed in hydraulic pressure system. The experment results shows that it may improve accuracy almost 7 percent than portable mechanical stopwatch. 3figs., 1tab., 2refs.
