摘要
在养殖废水中,利用大型海藻-孔石莼,研究其对各营养盐的吸收情况。在实验中,NH4+-N有一定的吸收,并且在开始阶段吸收最快。其他营养盐的吸收效果不如NH4+-N,而且孔石莼对NO3-盐的吸收存在滞后性。实验结果表明孔石莼对养殖废水中的营养盐具有一定的去除效果,在水产养殖中具有废水净化作用。
The effect of Ulva Pertusa on the removal of nutrient salt in piscatorial wastewater was studied.Results indicated that ammonium was removed quickly by U.pertusa with the highest rate at the beginning growth phase.The efficiency of U.pertusa absorption to ammonium was higher than to other nutrient salts.U.pertusa would suspend absorption of nitrate.Results showed that Ulva pertusa can remove nutrient salt effectively and plays a role in the purification of wastewater.
