摘要
随着电力体制改革不断深入,人力资源管理已经远远不能适应现代企业的需要。如何调动员工的积极性和能动性,充分发挥每个人的潜能,给与他们以最好的工作和生活环境,公平、公正地评价他们的工作,并给予他们所要得到的报酬和待遇,这是有待于急需解决的问题。本文以供电公司为企业背景,对供电企业推行分类综合绩效考核管理进行了初探。
With the continual deepening of system reform of power industry, talent resources management is far from meeting the need of modern enterprise. It's urgent now how to mobilize personnel's positivity and initiative, make full use of their potential, afford them better working and living environment, evaluate their job performance fairly and impartially as well as supply them expectant pay and material return. This paper mrestigates classified-synthesized performance check management in power supply enterprises under the enterprise background of power supply corporation.
