目前,我国国家图书馆在执行呈缴本制度时遇到了许多问题。这些问题如果得不到解决,将很难反映全国的文献出版状况,也很难满足读者对文献的日益增长的需求。文章将从构建呈缴本制度体系角度来讨论缴送对象的多样化、缴送质量与数量的关系以及呈缴本信誉体系和反馈系统,为完善我国的呈缴本制度提供一种参考意见。

At present, the libraries of our country have met a lot of questions in implementing the system of legal deposit. If they can ＇ t be solved, the publications of our country will be difficult to reveal, and can ＇ t meet the ever - increasing needs of readers in making use of information. This text talks about the diversity of organizations which should turn in the publications, the relation between quality and quantity of publications, the credit system of deposit and the feedback system, in order to provide a reference for improving the system of legal deposit in our country.
