图书馆员的职业资格认证,是对从事图书馆工作人员所必备的学识、技术和能力的基本要求,是对图书馆工作者个人工作资格的一种认定方式。我国有必要建立一种适合我国国情的图书馆员职业资格认证体系。
The professional certification of librarian is essential to library staff in knowledge, skill and capabilities, and the way of finding a qualified individual. It is necessary to create the library certification system that suits to the actual conditions of China.
