摘要
介绍金属针布的特点、我国金属针布的发展历程、生产和市场现状,分析国内金属针布生产过程中存在的主要问题,提出淬火硬度的在线检测、高速轧机在线检测和自动补偿、光亮退火坯片加热时的去油污工艺、表面化学镀膜、高耐磨冲模的材料研究、改进针布齿条钢丝材质、改进针布齿条的生产工艺和拉丝热处理工艺等可行性解决措施,预测在国内外针布市场的变化下,国内金属针布的发展趋势。
To introduce the characteristics of metallic clothing card, the development course , production and market present situation of metallic clothing card made in China. Several main problems appearing in the clothing card production are analyzed. Such feasibility measures as quenching hardness inspection on line, the inspection of high speed rolling mill on line and auto-compensation, grease removing process of brightness annealing at blank heated, surface chemical plating film, materials research of high wearable die, component improvement of steel wire for rack, the improvement of production process of clothing card rack and wire drawing and heat treatment process are put forward. The development trend of homemade metallic clothing card is forecasted under the condition of the clothing card market changes abroad and home.
