摘要
预应力钢筒混凝土管将高强度钢丝的抗拉、混凝土的抗压和钢管的防渗性能有机地结合。介绍PCCP在国内外的发展概况以及在重大工程中的应用。分析PCCP的结构,说明对钢丝的缠绕要求。从化学成分、组织、钢丝的拉拔、微合金化措施等方面重点阐述PCCP对预应力钢丝的要求。腐蚀分析对比显示,V微合金能提高钢丝强度,避免点蚀和氢脆裂纹的产生。
Prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) combines the tensile resistance of high tensile strength steel wire, the press resistance of concrete and the seeping resistance property of steel pipe organically. The general development situation of PCCP at home and abroad and its application in bigness engineering are introduced. The structure of PCCP is ana- lyzed and the winding demand for steel wire is explained. The demands of PCCP for prestressed steel wire are expounded emphatically from such aspects as chemical composition, microstructure, wire drawing and micro-alloying measures. The corrosion analysis and comparison show that Vanadium micro-alloy can improve steel wire strength and avoid appearance of dot corrosion and hydrogen brittle crackle.
